Q: Can you donate prizing for my community/charity event?
A: All prizing requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to e-mail us a formal prizing request to our Promotions Manager, Eric Stacey HERE. Be sure to include the specific event info and charity cause. You can also fax your requests to 613.723.7016 (Attn: Promotions Department).

Q: Can I get a website link for my charity/community event on your site?

A: The best thing is to send your audition package to the station directly if applying for an on-air position. Q: But do you have any job openings?
A: If we aren’t currently hiring within the area you are looking for, please feel free to still submit your resume. We keep all applicants on file for when we do have an opening! We’re always looking for great potential.

Q: I like your LiVE 88.5 FM clothing! Where can I buy some?
A: Unfortunately we don’t sell our gear, but we do give some awesome items away! Visit us at one of our events for your chance to win some LiVE swag!
Q: I won a prize several months ago… is it still there for me to pick up?
A: Prizing is available for pick-up 30 days from the date you won (unless otherwise indicated). Prizing is not guaranteed after 30 days. Avoid losing out by picking up your prize right away!
*Please note: Some prizing expires before 30 days due to the fact that it is time-sensitive (ie. movie premiere passes, concert tickets, festival passes, etc). You will be informed upon winning the date, and it is up to you to pick the prize up before it is void.*
Q: When can I pick up my prize and where?
A: After you have been declared a winner (congrats by the way!).
We are open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Friday from 10am-4pm for prize pickup.
We encourage calling ahead if you are unsure if we are open – we may have special holiday hours we can share. We are located at: 6 Antares Drive, Phase 1, Unit 100, Ottawa, Ontario, K2E 8A9.
Note: Don’t forget to bring valid photo identification to claim your prize.
